
This cables connect the thermocouple and recording instrument and are used to measure temperature variations in industrial processes. The choise of right cable type depends on the temperature range and on the precision required.
Extension and compensating cables are insulated with PVC, PE, XLPE, with PVC or PE outer sheath. The construction is also available with a screen of aluminium tape, copper tape or copper braid, and an armour made with a spiral of galvanized steel wires, tapes, plates or with a galvanized steel wires braid.
These cables are available in a round shape with twisted pairs. The single-pair cable can also be made is a flat form.
Cores and outer sheath identification according to the applicable reference standard (please refer to the under mentioned colours code table). For multi-pair cables, progressive numbering on the negative leg.
